We often recognise these things as precious only when they stop happening.
What is one ordinary thing about your family you hope remains ordinary for a very long time?
Possessions get divided. But something less tangible is passed on too — values, stories, a way of treating people.
It rarely appears in any will.
What is the legacy you hope to leave that has nothing to do with what you own?
We talk about ageing as decline. But many find it brings clarity, freedom, even a kind of lightness.
The fear and the grace often sit side by side.
What has growing older — your own, or a loved one's — taught you that your younger self didn't know?
Every family keeps its own small ceremonies — a way of cooking, of gathering, of remembering. Some survive generations; others quietly fade.
Which one would you protect at all costs?

What does a good ordinary day look like for you — and when did you last have one?
We plan for school, careers, weddings, retirement — we rehearse almost everything. Yet the one certainty we all share is the one we rarely name.
Is it fear? Superstition? Or simply that no one ever taught us how to begin?
